Here at ScrappingGoodies all of our products are either in .ZIP or .RAR format.  We do know that some customers are not able to open up .RAR zip files.  There are Two things you can do.  The first is you can download WINRAR for free here:  http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm  Just choose 32 or 64 bit depending on your computer.  If you wish NOT to download WINRAR and need your order in .ZIP format, please contact us through the store site with your Order Number and we will gladly send you your order in .ZIP format through "You Send It".
